Made this one for fun as my sound keeps naturally drifting into this arena via other artists.

This is a 2026 edit of Reality Bitten — originally from my 2015 album. My sound has always sat around electroclash / indie-dance, and this is just a different lens on that — a rage reinterpretation of a track from that world. Even earlier on, tracks like Leap of Desire I already had elements that feel close to what people now call rage.

A while back, some of you pointed out that elements of Control by Playboi Carti felt similar to Reality Bitten, which was interesting to hear from your side. Not long after that, Che (on 10k Projects) officially sampled New Superheroes from the same album as Reality Bitten, which kind of confirmed for me that people much higher up in this game than me really have been listening and paying attention for perhaps much longer than I realised.

It's pretty unique, weird and humbling to experience your music ending up a part of records you'd never imagine being on. 

So this 2026 edit/version is me going back to the source and simply placing a different beat over the melody, switching up the sounds a little, essentially reworking it into a modern rage / alt-trap space — distorted synths, minimal drums, more stripped back but still high energy.
